Miku is located near Waterfront Station and Canada Place. When having lunch or dinner there, you'll get the view of the water and North Vancouver while enjoying the delightful dishes from Miku.
They're best known for their Salmon Aburi, which is amazing. It melts right in your mouth, and the jalapeño on top makes the taste balanced. I'm drooling, literally. You get six salmon aburi in one portion for $18 CAD. It's pricey but it's worth it.
They have this dish called Aburi Prime, Chef's Nigiri Omakase, Nine Pieces.
